Hi can anyone help, I've been trying to use the charge to mobile function on my phone and my sons PS4, I've had no issue with this before and all bills are paid on time.
I've been trying to call O2 for the past 10 days and can't get through,understandable in these times, but is there anyway I can check to see this function is working from the app or website and fix this myself.
