I've had my O2 account for the past 8 years however it had to be opened under my mum's name since I was only 12. Trying to upgrade again now (phone is in desperate need) and I'm realizing the account is still under her name/dob which I would like to change. Is there any way to do this online without having to create a new account or make a phone call?

The only way to change the name is to start a new account and apply yourself.
You'll need to pass the credit checks and if successful, your mum can transfer your old number to your new account.
