Hey..

I am Tech Manager for a local business and we have 50-60 people (Each with their own numbers) who call our customers. We have noticed that new smartphones are tagging some of our calls as Scam Likely or Spam.

I am hoping there is a way to be taken off these lists? (Although i assume each carrier and app has its own list).

Cheers

Dave

It has nothing to do with the networks, but with the blacklists used by the handsets manufacturers. I would reach out to the likes of Samsung / Motorola / Sony and Apple and find out which vendor they use and how you whitelist your numbers.
