1. I have purchased a new VOLT contract from Virgin Media.
2. Tesco have provided a PAC code so that I can transfer my old number.
3. Virgin o2 have sent a new SIM with a new number which I want to change to my old Tesco number.
4. All attempts to Reply to o2 e-mails and texts have been blocked.
5. As this is new Virgin contract I am contemplating cancelling.
