Hello, I have a weird one for you. I purchased a car tracker which included a 1pmobile sim card so it can text my 02 phone if my car is stolen. However after trying exhaustedly to get it to work for days, the tracker support team have said that my 02 sim card is being intercepted by 02 stopping the text getting through to my phone.
I hope this makes sense, if not my excuse is that I'm 78🤣 Can anyone advise please?

No a question we can answer here as customers
We have had a couple of posts where EE people can't ring O2 but the have been few and far between.
Do O2 know? Probably
When will they fix it? Let's say it's O2
You can ask CS but they will probably be clueless on this
Message O2 on

@jstvj
What a load of tosh from EE, sorry to say... I have an EE based MVNO (Spusu) and can call out to o2 and get calls into the sim, I have a BT Trials EE sim there as well, and can call out to o2 and I can get calls on there as well...
I wonder if it has anything to do with the incident on LycaMobile which has knocked them basically offline...

Thank you once again for your response Enlli, I thought I would try here first but agree that CS are the more appropriate people to ask.
I don't hold out much hope though

EE had a widespread calling bug in Sep. Don't know if this is a knock on
