Cant text or call

I cant send texts or make phone calls. My phone cuts off straight away when i try to ring anyone. 

II am late paying bill but spoke to someone who said my phone wouldn't be cut off. So im confused why it isnt working.

@Mima1 Whoever told you that was being economic with the truth. You've obviously been disconnected.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
