Cant make calls or receive calls

Hi. I upgraded my iphone on Saturday to iPhone 13 and i cant make calls on it. People cant call me either, it says that an incorrect number has been dialed. My number is the same as what ive had for years but had to switch to a new sim for the 5g. The New sims is in the phone.
Airplane mode is off and so is the do not disturb function.

You need to contact O2.

There is a current known issue with sim swap activations that O2 are aware of.
