Up until yesterday I could connect to Wi-Fi extra at Tube Stations .
today I tried to connect and got a screen asking for user name and password .
I went through the FAQs on O2 and even tried downloading the new o2/virgin wifi connect app ( which wouldn’t work either ) I went to an O2 hotspot ( costa ) checked my network and couldn’t see anything wrong .
is this just my phone ( iPhone 14pro with O2) or is it a net work wide issue ? Should I go to an O2 shop and ask someone to look at my phone ?
any help appreciated

You could try resetting your network settings.
