Hi @rgtmac123 - info here for different types of phone and general Call Diversion help:

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices?page=device/alcatel/3025/topic/settings/setup-call...

Info on call diverts here  Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901

Second link talks about diverts other than to Voicemail 901 as well, down near the end of the article.

Good luck!

##002# cancels all diverts.
You'll need to enable voicemail again afterwards.

I have the same problem as the first poster. Had call forwarding setup on old phone and sim. Now on new phone and sim and it will not let me turn call forwarding back off.  I can turn off in Phone Settings but calls still get forwarded. I’ve dialled ##002# and I get a grey screen report that shows errors and failures to disable various diverts but the calls still get diverted. Any ideas hugely appreciated.

To get 5G you need

A 5G phone

Be in a 5G area

have a 5G sim.

And have 5G service enabled on your account, (a 5Gtariff) I believe - but that might happen automatically when you are sent a 5G SIM, @william12.
