Solved: Cannot access voicemail abroad - tried to o2 guide

I'm in Romania, and I cannot access my voicemail. I've dialled 901 - call ended. I've dialled 1780 - call ended (no follow-up text). I've dialled the other number on the O2 voicemail guide and it said 'your number does not meet the criteria for this service'.

What am I supposed to do??
