I went to check my tariff for this month on the O2 app, it re-directs me to the login/register page, I've tried logging in to my account on the O2 app, no success whatsoever, it kept saying 'O2 isn't available for you yet', even though I have been a member for quite some time, any help please?

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) or 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

It should recover once migration has completed,try again in the morning.
