I received a PAC Number as I wished to leave but was informed I would also need to contact customer services which I did. They then cancelled my SIM before my number was transferred which has meant my new provider cannot port-in. This action has resulted in the loss of a phone number I have held for 10 years. Can you put this right?

Thanks, I have sent them a Tweet, fingers crossed they can sort it as I have had my number for 10 years plus and is a consecutive number to my wife’s phone.
