Can you speak to an actual person at O2

I have an issue with 2 step verification on a US based account login.  To log into my US account I need to provide a pin on the particular website which is sent to my mobile phone.  Unfortunately since switch over from Virgin to O2, there are no incoming texts from this US company for me to login to my account.

I was able to speak with a person from the US company in question who informed me I need to speak with my service provider to allow incoming texts from them.  How do I do this?  The AI chat is useless, and I can't find a phone number to contact, only a mail address which I am wary of doing given the number of people who work from home these days and concerned any mail may be sat there unopened for days, weeks, months etc.

Please help

@Jane666

All options here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
