I can’t view my bill via the app. It says to call o2 but I have just spent the last hour on the phone to them. Can’t seem to find it via the web either. Any ideas?

you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version

If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
