Hello.. I have a balance of 60 € in my account. Now the balance is 0, knowing that I did not make calls or use the Internet. Please know the reason for withdrawing the balance?

@Abdulrhman - Only customers like you here on the Forum, and it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this, or give them a call on 202(contract), 4445(PAYG), or 0344 809 0202 (contract) or 0344 8090222 (PAYG) , or the specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 or  0800 032 5302 (free from any phone).

PAYG sims need to be used regularly to stay connected to the network.

If you haven't used it for calls or topped up in the last 6 months you will need to contact O2 to reconnect you.

Call 0344 8090222 from another phone to speak to customer service.
