Very frustrated  -  I've always been able to open documents in word and PDF. Then it just stopped. Unistalled all office apps and reinstalled. Worked for a while then stopped again. 

What's changed and why can't I open any documents or attachments?

What error message do you get when opening Office documents or PDF's
