Driving me insane, for the last 2 months or so I can’t use my phone anywhere, I can text and that’s it. I can’t call as no one can hear me, my data never works, not sure why I’m paying near £60 a month for a network that doesn’t work

Have you spoken to o2 about these issues.

I would give them a call on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from your o2 phone, or send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Sounds like your phone may not be set up to match the SIM and service you are on, @EMILY1019 - Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? might help.

Your £60 monthly probably includes an amount for the handset you chose, as £24/month gets a decent phone, 30GB of data per month, doubled to 60GB with VOLT, and unlimited mins and texts, plus free calls and texts and 25GB when roaming in Spain on holiday.

You can get help from O2 via Social Media over WiFi as well, links below, @EMILY1019. I guess your phone's network settings, the APN, are probably wrong, assuming your SIM is ok. Good luck!
