I can only receive calls and access internet via wifi, I can’t make any outgoing calls or comment to the internet via 3G/4G, only works on Wi-Fi.

If you have either upgraded or done a sim swap there is an ongoing issue that O2 are aware of
Some have reported that it could be Friday before this is resolved
Apparently an OS update has been the cause
