Can't make calls

When I try and make a call it says "not registered on network". I cannot make any outgoing calls.

Are you a pay monthly or pay as you go customer @Shazza13 ?

First thing for both would be turn your phone off, take your sim out and clean it with a dry, lint free cloth. Carefully put it back in your phone and turn it on.

@Shazza13 It's possible your sim may have failed. If you have an O2 store nearby, call in bringing photo ID with you and they'll give you a new sim and get it up and running for you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
