hi,
existing O2 customer, i've today received my new phone and sim and gone through all of the set up procedures to move across from my old phone. Everything on the new phone works other than the ability to make or receive calls. It;s showing no signal in the top right and have gone through all the trouble shooting e.g. airplane mode, do not disturb, etc.
the old phone has been reset so can't check that. any suggestion greatfully received

Did you do a sim swap from the old sim card to the new card?
If you haven't follow this guide here Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update or if you cant use the old sim card, then you will need to call o2 tomorrow on 0344 809 0202 and they will be able to activate the new sim card.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
