Hi, I have installed a sim in a Teltonika router (we normally have no issues and the sims are recognized quite quickly). However, on this occasion, It has been installed on Friday morning and has been on all weekend and is still showing as 'Unregistered'. I have tried a few reboots and even a different router. I do not have a number for the sim as they are not in the packaging but the SSN number is [Personal details removed].

Is this a Data only SIM? The only devices allowed on standard SIM cards are the portable Mifi devices

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
