I have activated my phone line three days ago.
I am in Spain now, and I can't make and receive calls.
What can I do?
I need to fix it because I have to work with my phone line.

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
For a manual network search look in the settings on your phone and switch from auto to manual, then wait for the phone to search for different networks.

You will need to contact customer services and check no bars are in place on your new account.
Also try and select a different network provider, as well as checking your phones time and date (you would be surprised).
It would also be worth seeing if you have the same issue if you change your network to not be 5G (if using a 5G phone).

How can I check no bars are on my account?
How can I select a differetn network provider?
