The app can be temperamental - can you get in via the browser? https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
Otherwise, give it 24hrs for the nightly reconciliation to occur, @Steve040365. If still no joy tomorrow, reach out to O2 via Social Media, the ways are shown in the link just below this post. Good luck!

I have also been moved to O2 from virgin, but can't login either.
On the app it says my contract renews on the 25th (yesterday)
