Can't log into my O2 app on my new phone

I changed my phone and now can't log into my O2 account through the app. 

I contacted customer service on the 26th January and was told they would have me back on line in 3 to 7 days but still not able to get on! I have cleared the cashe, uninstalled and re installed the app but had no luck!

You'll need to persevere with O2, sorry.

Did you reboot in between deleting and downloading the app?

Yes I did reboot. As you said I will have to keep trying O2. Thanks

Do you still have your old 'phone ? If so, are you still logged into MyO2 thereon ?
