Can’t log into app

Last week I could log into app this week it doesn’t recognise details re set password and still doesn’t . Logged into website says there is nothing linked so I try to link number and its says it is already registered

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app this may be useful

 

Instead try the web version 

 

https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

 

If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall 

 

If none of that works then
