I joined O2 within the last week. Ever since joining, I haven't been able to receive verification code texts from the likes of PayPal and other two factor authentication platforms.
Is there a setting on the phone/SIM/O2 preventing this?
I am using a Google Pixel 6 Pro

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have only just joined this Community (in an attempt to find a solution for another "problem") and found this Topic which in the past I would also have raised.
I would have raised it previously, as ever since moving to a house inside which there is absolutely NO mobile coverage, I was unable to receive verification code texts from any of the organisations with websites requiring two factor authentication. This I raised with several of the organisations requiring it, and none seemed to understand that this actually meant I could not log on to their website to access my account. I even spoke to real people in Customer Services - one of which just dismissed me with "well that's the system, its for your security" Great! Some of the Two Factor systems did offer other ways of getting the code, but not all.
I use an iPhone 13 Pro (and an iPad Pro), on O2. Recently however, I have had much less reason to get cross as magically I now seem to be able to receive verification codes while sitting here by my PC, with no mobile phone signal. Unfortunately, I did not carry out a scientific survey to determine what has happened to resolve this situation, but there are a couple of things:
I realise this does not help the original enquiry, but someone might be interested!
