Hi, I am roaming in Portugal and and can’t connect to internet via data connection. How do I fix this ?

Try changing the APN to mobile.o2.co.uk
A couple of other things to try, Manually select a network
Step down in the settings to 4G
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

The APN was virgin as I’ve just transferred over to O2, so changing as you advised fixed the issue
