Can't connect to O2 hotspot

New O2 customer, pixel 6, can't connect to O2 hotspot for wifi on London Underground.

Why doesn't it allow me to connect?

I've had my phone for 2 months!

Thank you for posting the link but no I've tried everything and just get a cannot connect age. After more research I believe it has something to do with a Pixel 6 update and others are in my position as well.

Seems earlier Pixels also experienced this with TfL WiFi and other hotspots (Costa, McDonalds, etc) - does the thread here contain any useful tip you might wish to try, @Pinkie1?
