Ive just received a letter telling me that my final bill is £27.99 and i need to pay it or it will be sent to debt collectors but i cannot enter my account anymore to pay it and ifs telling me it doesn’t exist. ive tried to ring and the operators just kept passing me on and telling me they couldn’t find the account either so now its going to be passed onto debt collectors when its not my fault
