Hi. I am new to O2 and I have ported my number over but can't send or receive mms or picture messages

First make sure your spend cap is not set to £0 as MMS are chargable and do not come out of your allowance.

You can also Text ACTIVE to 2020 , save the settings and reboot your phone.

This should make sure you have the correct MMS settings 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Even if using wifi, you still need to have mobile data enabled too.
