Hi
Just bought a Samsung S21. Trouble is, I cannot activate the caller ID and spam protection feature - as I could on my old S8. Very useful feature. Have been I touch with Samsung who thought it is an O2 issue. Please can somebody advise?

You need to contact O2.

You need to ask O2 to add the CLI Presentation Facility bolt on as per the image
