Hi there

I've recently upgraded my contract, and since doing so everytime someone calls me they don't hear any ringing. My phone itself rings, and when I answer its as if to the caller they've just had dead air and then heard me answering. Does anyone know why this is?

For reference I have a iPhone XS Max and did not change my phone/sim/number when upgrading. I just moved tarrifs.

Thanks

Luke

Need to wait for O2 to fix it although there is a suggestion that iOS14 might be the solution, eventually.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It's usually a problem with O2 and eSim, so customers get this if they have an eSim in the phone or an Apple watch with active eSim.

That would make sense then thanks, as I do have a Apple watch with an active eSim. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
