I am having a problem with failed calls when I try to ring my husband. I am with O2 and he is with EE. We have tried all the suggestions on the EE forum, I’m just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. He has had his Samsung A54 for about 3 months with no problems.  I have no problems dialing EE numbers in general and he has no problems receiving and making calls. And no, he has not blocked my number. Any sensible suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it just the one number failing?

Can he ring you?

Have you checked the number hasn't been inadvertently blocked?

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
