I’ve just returned from a work trip and I set Call Forwarding on my iPhone12 to my work phone. However, now I’m back it will not let me cancel it. If I go to Call Forwarding it appears as if it is switched off, if I try ##002# (with WiFi calling off) I get System Erasure Failed for all. I’ve tried Reset all Settings, removing and replacing the SIM and of course then good old turn off/turn on.
Any other suggestions? O2 support on 202 have gone AWOL and won’t answer the phone and I really need to cancel this forwarding. TIA
