I've been with O2 for 10+ years and use my mobile for my business calls. For years I've used a call answering service that my mobile diverts to if unanswered. Several months ago the time it was taking to divert started to become inconsistent so I turned off call forwarding and re-set it up from scratch but it doesn't let me alter the number of seconds from the default (15 seconds I believe).
If I try anything other than this it brings up an error. I've talked with Live Chat about this, was in one of the O2 shops for over an hour whilst they tried different things to no avail (on the staff member's phone as well as my own). The divert time is far too long at present and makes the call answering service a lot less useful. My O2 contract is up next month so if it can't be resolved I'm going to have to switch to another network where this isn't an issue.
Can anyone suggest anything else for me to try? As mentioned it worked perfectly fine for several years previously and would seem to be a reasonable important function.

This is a known problem with O2
Only way to get the codes to work is by having 4G Calling switch off both on the phone and in your account
Once set they can be put back.
Necessary to call O2, I'm afraid.
