Broken phone is insured & needs replacing but I can't call to organise!

Hi there!  My phone screen is broken and I now need to replace it.  I went into a store today and they told me that I should contact you online about this and you will be able to order a replacement...  can you please let me know what I need to do to make this happen?

Call customer services on 0344 809 0202 from another phone and they can arrange it.

thanks for the response!!! the only issue is that I dont have access to a phone!!!!  as am in the middle of nowhere!  Isnt there a chat function I can reach o2 on?
