Hi there! My phone screen is broken and I now need to replace it. I went into a store today and they told me that I should contact you online about this and you will be able to order a replacement... can you please let me know what I need to do to make this happen?

thanks for the response!!! the only issue is that I dont have access to a phone!!!! as am in the middle of nowhere! Isnt there a chat function I can reach o2 on?
