I have a bolt on "standard rates in the Europe zone" I didn't ask for but it says free
Then it shows my request for additional data bolt on and when it expires and the charge made.
You can find this in MYO2
If you find a charge for a bolt on you didn't request then contact o2 customer services on social media leave them a message here
You need to contact O2.
