Bolt on options not working

I am having trouble buying bolt-ons.
- In-app: I can only select the 100mb bolt on. It costs £5.50.
- In-website: I can only select the 100mb bolt on. It costs £5.50.
- On the automated phone service: I can only select the 100mb bolt on. It costs £3. But when I do it, it doesn't work.
I would like to buy any size of bolt on, have the correct price, and have all the different routes work. I can only buy proper bolt-ons now but going to a support call (which is hard to get to).

Big problem with these bolt ones at the moment.
