Bolt on

I have just tried to buy Bolton of 8gb but when I pressed to confirm order it shows only 100mb added for £3.50, I tried again thinking I had pressed something wrong and it showed same thing. 
Now have emil confirming the 8gb add on so ahve actually spent over forty pounds and got the bolt on twice, how do I refund a bolt on

A Bolt On is a one off and can't be cancelled unfortunately,

so you will need to contact o2 customer services and explain to them the situation and ask for a refund
