I brought a redmi note 10 pro in 2021 direct from Xiaomi, I've now brought a new phone and would like to sell the redmi I've been told my phone was blacklisted by O2 in 2022 though I have been using it.  It was brought brand new.

Is there anything I can do about this

Have a look on Checkmend and see if it is blacklisted, or if selling to the likes of CEX it might be on the do not buy list...
