My device payment plan has finished, but my monthly bill is just the same....?  Should I change to SIM only?

Hi,Martin 101,

If you are on a refresh tariff where you are paying separately for the tariff and the device ( you can check this via the myo2 app on your phone ), then once you finished paying off your device, you would have automatically been put on to a sim only tariff. They generally put you on a compatible tariff with your data usage. You can upgrade via myo2 to a sim only tariff of your choice as well.

Hope this helps. slight_smile

@Martin101

For sure you should.

Upgrade to a sim only deal in your MyO2.

I would pop into your nearest store for them to help you, as you will continue to pay the airtime agreement, until you change to SIM only, if your on a 3rd party agreement you will continue to pay what your paying now until you change.
