I travel between the Uk and Barbados and have a Barbados SIM card through the Flow network. I am unable to connect to the o2 network in the UK when I travel back and I have been told by several people at Flow that my roaming is activated. Is there anything I can check in the UK to see if it is a o2 issue? I believe o2 is the sister network of Flow and I should connected to it automatically.

Flow is owned by C&W and has nothing at all to do with o2, apart from o2 is a roaming partner.

When roaming, your sim makes a connection to the host network, and that allows connection, it may be worth speaking to Flow and getting a new sim card.

Can you connect to Vodafone or EE at all ?

Not a lot o2 can do to be honest.

@DaveC246 It may possibly be your phone itself.

You can check here: WillMyPhoneWork.net - Check if your phone works on a network

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I am unable to connect to any network provider in the UK. I tried a new SIM card from Flow and still no success.

I am in contact with Flow again to see if it can be resolved but is there any blacklist or anything in the UK which may be blocking my SIM/phone?

There will be no blocks in the UK. As you can't connect to any of our 4 networks, the problem must be with Flow

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
