Bad signal, not able to get 4G or higher.

Hi. For the last month or so I've not been able to get good signal for my mobile Internet. I've been stuck on H and not being able to get 4G/5G in two different cities.

What could be the problem/solution to this?

First thing to do is have a read of the Guide here, @PhilOshea89 - Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

And then see what is causing the poor signal you are experiencing.
