Hello
I have purchase a Apple Watch 7 from Apple store and then purchased airtime with O2 last week.
Till now I have no mobile data on the watch. Say to call O2 on 202 and quote reference code 14.
Rang O2 twice now and they have no idea what this means and how to resolve the issue. Waster 30mins last time with O2 tech just for the line to drop

Mobile data now working on the Apple Watch.
O2 had to reset the eSim then I had to unpair the watch and restore.
