Apple Watch data issue STILL unresolved.

Hi - Despite numerous re-sets and various advise received from multiple agents, my data on my watch is still not working. Was promised a call back on the 18th but did not happen. @O2Emma Can you look into this for me as its been 2 months now with this issue.

I'm having the same issue, I'm waiting on a call back from a manager, and @O2Sarah- started looking into this yesterday afternoon, but I've not heard from her since 14:30 yesterday.

I don't really want to leave O2, but this is really annoying, and nobody seems to be interested in fixing it ...
