I keep getting error code 08 when trying to set up my Apple Watch to the mobile service. An airtime sim number has been allocated but it just refuses to pair with my number. I’ve had repeated calls with o2 staff via 202 and no one has been able to help. They just raise a ticket and I then hear nothing. Can anyone solve this please? My wife’s watch has the same problem. We upgraded both our old watches to a series 10 for my wife and an ultra for me. I’ve tried pairing and unpairing multiple times and we’ve also changed to eSIMs. That hasn’t solved the issue either.
