keep getting error 14. 
O2 help desk lady was of no use. 
looking at previous posts, it needs a reset on O2 side.

Lisa is not working today (or tomorrow) @Bionic-Bubble according to the rota I can see.

Instead I'll mention @O2Ryan and @O2Emma who are working.
They will contact you via PM on the community - watch out for a number on the envelope icon in the top right of the screen once you log in.

You'll get an email notification but don't reply to that as they won't get it!
