Hi all,
I've had an issue for a little while now that O2 don't seem to know how to fix and I was hoping someone here does!
I have my contract and it's all set up on the watch, but data does not work and it says 'no connection' in the mobile data section of the settings app on the watch. If I restart the watch it works temporarily, but that seems to only be for a minute or two.
It's an Apple Watch Ultra if that makes any difference.
I've tried calling and the chat in the app but they seem clueless. I was also promised a call back by the specialist Apple Watch team within 72 hours, that didn't happen. Not sure what do do now except maybe find some kind of breach of contract term to get out of my contract early or something as O2 seem to just not know what to do.

I’m having exactly the same issue, force restarting the watch helps for about 10 minutes then disconnects again. I’ve also been through the new esim route to no avail. Have you any luck sorting the issue? Many thanks.
