Apple Watch 9 Contract - Beats Flex £1 offer

Hi there, I ordered an Apple Watch 9 44mm on 02/01/2023 with the offer for £1 Beats Flex. It advised a code would be sent within 30 days of purchase to redeem the £1 Beats Flex offer but today is the 31st day since ordering the Apple Watch. Is there a reason why a code hasn’t been sent to me? Appreciate any advice or support

Had my code doesn’t work. Trying to contact them is a nightmare 3hrs on hold gave up in end

Did you copy and paste your code ? There have been reported issues with individuals retyping codes but mistaking a lower case "o", capital "O" and the number zero - "0".

Of course, the slightest error and the code simply will not work !
