I have an Apple Watch 7 cellular and trying to set up cellular data plan on the watch with no joy. When I try to set it up I get this message
Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 10
I’ve been phoning O2 now for 2 weeks to try to get it sorted. But when I phone and go through security checks I then explain what’s happening all I get is I’ll transfer you to someone who can help. I then have to go through security checks again and then be told the same thing. So I get transferred again. This happens until I get cut off. Until I was told to go to a O2 shop and they will sort it. I’ve been to two O2 shops and they say I’ve to phone O2 customer service
Can anyone sort this problem out please
